About Us - A PRINCESS ST. RETREAT

Overlooking Lake Huron with it's own beach, this fabulous beachfront cottage, with public access for the community just a short walk away. Princess St. Retreat is situated 9 minutes north of Grand Bend, 15 minutes south of Bayfield and the shopping and marina and just across the road from the Bayview Golf Club. Another short drive to the Pinery Provincial Park and many attractions that are offered there. This fabulous cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Our Cottage Offers

- 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and sofa bed in the living room.
- all the china, cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle and BBQ
- A TV with DVD player.
- a covered patio area
- Fire pit
- Washer and dryer are available for extra cost
- Linens and towels are NOT provided, but can be at extra cost
- We provide toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags and municipal tags and recycling box. We ask that you put the garbage out on thursday evening for friday pick-up.

Basic Rules

- We expect you to clean up at the end of your stay, leaving our cottage in the same condition in which you found it
- We would like you to treat our home the same way you would expect yours to be treated.
- We rent only to families to a maximum of 8 people.
- NO SMOKING in the cottage
- NO Pets

Rates

Rates for the months of June, July and August is $1,300.00 per week. Weekend rentals are not available during these months. Weekend rentals at any other time are $450.00
