About Hideaway Haven
Hidden
away in the peaceful and desirable Southcott Pines, this
lovely 4 bedroom cottage is now available for you to rent.
This is a year round home that we rent to families throughout
the year but particularly during the summer.
A
short walk to a private beach or drive to Sun Beach and
park with a permit. Another short drive takes you to the
main beach in Grand Bend or go south to the tranquil seclusion
of The Pinery Provincial Park. So enjoy all the activities
of Grand Bend including the most renowned white sand beaches
in Ontario, then return to this cottage for a relaxing
stay.
Hideaway
Haven offers the following for your convenience to help
you to enjoy your stay/vacation:

Four bedrooms one with 2 piece en-suite.
· 2 other bathrooms
· Air conditioning
· All china, cutlery and pots and pans
· Stove top, oven and microwave
· Small propane BBQ and a charcoal BBQ
· Refridgerator
· Coffee maker, blender, kettle etc…
· 2 TV's one with a DVD player
· Sheets and blankets and pillows are available
at extra cost.
· House keeping, clean up after your stay, is available
at extra cost
(It
is usual that guests provide their own linen and do their
own clean up.)
Our
basic rules are:
· Treat our home the way you would expect yours
to be treated
· We only rent to families, to a maximum of 8 people.
· No smoking in the house
· No pets
· Check-in at 1:00pm on the Saturday of arrival
· Check-out at 11:00am on the Saturday of departure
Financial
Information
· One week rental in July or August is $1,600.00
· One week rental in June or September is $1,100.00
· Any weekend rental $550.00 or 3 day weekend $600.00
· Any other time is negotiable
· 20% Deposit is required at time of booking and
the balance 30 days before arrival.
