Basic
Information About Our Cottage
We
are situated on a fully wooded lot, hidden amongst the
trees in Southcott Pines in Grand Bend, Ontario. Our cottage
is a year round home most commonly rented during the summer
months due to the immediate proximity to the best beaches
in Ontario. Our cottage offers the following for your
convenience to help you to enjoy your stay/vacation:

Four bedrooms: two queen beds, one
double and one with two twins
·
All china, cutlery and pots and pans, refrigerator, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle and
BBQ (we provide the Propane).
· Two TV’s with VCR and DVD
· Linens, pillows, towels and tea-towels are NOT
provided. But can be provided at extra cost.
· House keeping: We provide toilet paper, cleaning
products and dishwashing supplies. We provide garbage
bags and municipal garbage tags and a recycling box and
ask that you put these in the bin at the end of the driveway
on friday morning.

We expect you to clean up at the end of your stay leaving
our cottage in the same condition that you found it in.
· You have access to private beaches. Just
a short walk to one part of the beach, via the footpath
at Cherry Lane, a 7 minute walk from the cottage, along
Grand Oaks. Or you can drive to Sun Beach and park in
the designated area, off of Lakeside Drive. A pass is
required which we provide and you are asked to leave the
pass in the cottage when your vacation is over.

When you have ended your vacation please make sure the
doors are locked when you leave the house and return the
keys from the same place you picked them up.

We want you to enjoy yourself whilst in our home, but
please remember this is a residential area and we ask
you to respect Southcott Pines residents right to peace
and quiet.
Our
basic rules are:
· Treat our home the way you would expect yours
to be treated.
· We only rent to families, to a maximum of 8 people.
· No smoking in the house
· No pets
