About Our Place
Is
a lovely 3 bedroom bungalow cottage situated on a beautifully
treed lot, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in desirable
Southcott Pines in Grand Bend, Ontario. No traffic noise,
only the soothing sound of the waves. There is a shaded
backyard patio with large picnic table, chiminea and propane
BBQ. Our place is a year round home that we rent to families
during the summer. A short walk through backyard woods
or a short drive to private parking to the most renowned
white sand beaches in Ontario. Our place offers the following
for your convenience to help you to enjoy your stay/vacation:

Three bedrooms, two doubles and one queen.
· 2 - 4pc Bathrooms - Master with jacuzzi
· Gas fireplace (for spring and fall useage)
· Open concept great room, living room and kitchen
· All china, cutlery and pots and pans
· Stove top, oven and microwave
· Dishwasher
· Coffee maker, blender, kettle etc…
· Washer and dryer in separate laundry room
· Big screen TV with DVD and cable. Other TV's
in the bedrooms.
· Sheets and blankets and pillows are available
at extra cost.
· House keeping, clean up after your stay, is available
at extra cost
· Free parking at the private beach
(It
is usual that guests provide their own linen and do their
own clean up.)
Our
basic rules are:
· Treat our home the way you would expect yours
to be treated
· We only rent to families, to a maximum of 8 people.
(this is a quiet area and a noise abatement policy is
in effect and policed)
· No smoking in the house
· No pets
· Check-in at 3:00pm on the Saturday of arrival
· Check-out at 10:00am on the Saturday of departure
Financial
Information
· One week rental in July or August is $1,600.00
· One week rental in June or September is $1,150.00
· Any weekend other than July or August is $450.00
· Any other time is negotiable
· 20% Deposit is required at time of booking and
the balance 30 days before arrival.
